These are not ideas you list. They are things. But...do you even understand these issues?
We are multicultural. You believe either in segregation of races or you learn to live in the world as it is.
Feminization - I think you mean feminism. Two very different things. And any group campaigning for equal rights as guaranteed under the US Constitution isn't radical.
LBGTQ+. We exists, we function in society, we interact with you, your children, your spouses and your friends. We are those people. It's not a concept, it's a reality.
Primitivism is relative. Socialism is a philosophy not practiced in the US but successful elsewhere. Atheism is the business of no one but the individual. Anarchism is a concept; name one anarchist nation on the planet.
Mental illness is an absolute reality for 40-50% of people in their lifetime. Treat mental illness, avoid accidents, homelessness, addiction, crime, accidents and victimization.
There's no "drug culture." Roughly the same amount of people who used drugs 20 years ago use them now. All drugs are dangerous when ignored in conversation.
Black power is the fight for the right not to be shot on sight, not to be placed in a choke-hold, the right to be safe from the bad elements of law enforcement.
No one - no one - is calling for uncontrolled immigration, open borders or unchecked aliens coming over the border.
Life is not binary and most issues go far, far deeper than the surface.
