It didn't take Mitch acknowledging it for it to be official. It was official when Joe reached 260 EC votes.

All litigation was bullshit. Joe Biden was President Elect and Kamala Vice President Elect on the Saturday after election.

Mitch McConnell might think he runs this country, because he has been allowed to, even before Trump.... Those days are numbered now.
