What's interesting is the response from the Chairman of the Republican Party in Texas, Allen West:

Perhaps law-abiding states should bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution,

Apparently the SCOTUS doesn't understand the Constitution or the Law. There is no arbiter of US Law when even the top lawyers (the majority of whom were being cheered by these same people a few weeks ago) don't understand it. Cult indeed.

@Frank52 Trump appointed three of the Judges and the Republican Senate confirmed them. Are you saying that Trump appointed judges to the Supreme Court that did not understand the constitution? That is horrific then
