How does Trump win the election?

I’m genuinely curious. What is the mechanism where he wins another term and is sworn in on January 20? I’m interested in Trump supporters explaining how he will accomplish this. I keep hearing people say it’s not over yet but I’m not clear on the specific steps.

Trump could declare martial law , cite massive election fraud and set another “ in person only “ Election Day .

Or the Supreme Court could declare the election is not certifiable and suggest that an electoral tie exists ( no one reaching 270) without those states in question being counted and that the constitutional solution is for house to select the president and the senate elect the Vice President . One vote per state .

@TexChik None of those will happen, and the military have already said they will not support him if he does.
@TexChik On Friday California appointed 55 electoral votes to President Elect-Biden, officially handing him the majority of the electoral vote to 279.

@Uachtarain says who ? Some lib ?

@softspokenman no surprise with california
@TexChik If California isn't a surprise then the 279 electoral votes shouldn't be either.
TexChik · F
@softspokenman nope. About 60 were stolen .
@TexChik You're in denial.
Justsomeguy · 46-50, M
@Uachtarain where is that coming from? I would like to see a source please
Lila15 · 22-25, F
@TexChik The evidence for that needs to be presented in court. Otherwise, all you have are unsubstantiated rumors. Like if I say the votes in my own state of NC were stolen and should go to Biden. I’d have to prove that.
TexChik · F
@Lila15 i think they will present it for the Supreme Court .
Uachtarain · 31-35, M
@TexChik Even if the Supreme Court awards Pennsylvania to Trump (which it won’t), he will still be well short of 270.

Sorry, Biden has won.
Lila15 · 22-25, F
@TexChik The Supreme Court rules on questions of law, not questions of evidence. The evidence would have to be made in a lower court first.
Lila15 · 22-25, F
@Uachtarain The PA votes in question aren’t enough to change the state results.
Uachtarain · 31-35, M
@Lila15 exactly. And even if they were and Trump ended up winning Pennsylvania , it still won’t change the overall result.

@Justsomeguy evidence for what?
