Suppose the entire election is found to be Void and Invalid due to pervasive Fraud?

I'm no Constitutional scholar, but what little I know tells me there is no clear solution.

So, what do you think?

In U.S. elections ballot counting is decentralized. Votes are counted by county, with poll watchers present. Ballots are individually numbered to prevent copying and fraud. I have worked election nights, receiving bags of ballots from polling stations in locked canvas sacks. Fraud more than a tiny amount is pretty much impossible.
