Pretty much the same as classical liberalism. Neo-liberalism advocates for minimal government interference in the markets. Adam Smith argued that such a free market would be guided by an 'invisible hand' that would increase economic output.
Neo-liberal policies include globalization. Also, there's a difference between globalism and globalization.
