Was Giuliani's brain finally leaking out yesterday at the conference?

Listening to him howling out his unfounded accusations, one has to wonder if the right man has been labelled with 'dementia'? I think it sad that he has been (or allowed himself to have been) exploited to the point of looking ridiculous.
