Yes , it was spread intentionally for sure , communist have no morals and are very capable of justify killing their own people. Only a fool would think they would not do it to other countries.

You can argue the Chinese response was at times in 2019 slow etc but once they admitted it they sequenced it quickly and that is leading to the current vaccines etc
It moved because we have so much global travel. It is pretty clear the spread on early 2020 in Europe was via skiing trips and the thousands taking that back into their communities
