What can be bought?

Just after the election I saw some online videos of various GOPers bleating on about the 'stolen election' but in their bleating they were doing nothing about it. I then realized that the computer software that changes votes is for sale. If you have a wobbly candidate that has the possibility of losing the election said candidate/candidate's party simply pays some money to the computer system owner and you candidate is guaranteed a win! (unless the other guys out bid you)
