@Archtiger well i mean it would involve massive fuckery. the republican state legislators in swing states could appoint their own electoral voters to vote for trump. ie. 'Faithless electors' etc etc. it happened in 2016 where one democrat voted for trump lol.

will this happen? no.
is there a legal theory for it? yes, which is what these nerds are clinging unto.

@Archtiger He might delay everything by judicial trickery until December the 8th ( Last day for states to resolve election disputes.) so the states can nominate electors.
