You have been scammed by the scientific industrial complex and are not aware of it. Too Funny! Here is a clue. We can't even get a good measurement on the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Want to know why? Because CO2 concentrations vary from location to location. A freeway in LA at rush hour has a much higher CO2 concentration than the boreal forest outside of Churchill Manitoba. Can you average it? Nope.
