I learned from a friend that i highly appreciate, that in winter it is better if you adjust your clothing just to be 80% warm. I know of the same approach about food, that it works at its optimum when you eat till you feel 80% full. Also when exercising it is best advised that you keep your heart rate at 80% and not push it to 100 for prolonged time. It is called balance, doing but not overdoing.
