Libs need a a lesson in semantics and the law. State district courts can’t over rule their own state supreme courts . Those state supreme courts illegally changed their states election law by allowing the counting of illicit ballots. Only the state legislatures may change state election laws per the US constitution . Trump needs those denials to bump it up to the federal appeals courts. It is a necessary step . Now the chairman of the Federal Election Committee has stated there has been multiple cases of election fraud . While he has no authority over the states ... he does lend credibility to Trump’s case ... which will
Also have plenty of evidence for the appeals courts to review. But you go ahead and brag if it makes you feel better . 😊

@Ambroseguy80 what are all those delusional trump cultists actually gonna do when Biden takes over business and trump gets dragged out of the whute house pissing his pants and crying like a bitch

@TexChik you know my favorite comment about trump is that he won't concede defeat. and he isn't helping with the transition.
1) there is no legal requirement to concede.
2) just because AP has declared it doesn't make it so.
3) the states have to certify the election results
4) the electors in the electoral college have to cast their vote
until that is done there is no need for a transition team as there is no guarantee of a change of administration
the cart is properly placed behind the horse - not in front of it.

@Milkshake The case was filed in the Supreme Court months ago. The Supreme Court will rule on this and the other issues. TexChik, who is a lawyer, is also correct about the unconstitutionality of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling.
