Libs need a a lesson in semantics and the law. State district courts can’t over rule their own state supreme courts . Those state supreme courts illegally changed their states election law by allowing the counting of illicit ballots. Only the state legislatures may change state election laws per the US constitution . Trump needs those denials to bump it up to the federal appeals courts. It is a necessary step . Now the chairman of the Federal Election Committee has stated there has been multiple cases of election fraud . While he has no authority over the states ... he does lend credibility to Trump’s case ... which will Also have plenty of evidence for the appeals courts to review. @Milkshake The case was filed in the Supreme Court months ago. The Supreme Court will rule on this and the other issues. TexChik, who is a lawyer, is also correct about the unconstitutionality of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling.
