I just heard on the news that Pa. still has 140,000 votes to count. What happened to "every vote must be counted"???

In Allegheny County, about 80 to 81% of the votes counted are for Joe Biden and a little over 19% for Donald Trump.
Philadelphia had a similar ratio in favor of Biden.
Uncounted votes aren't shady - they're all being counted. But if you want to keep skewing the numbers in favor of Biden as your hopes dies ballot by ballot, feel free. We're loving it.
