So much for "Every vote must count"

I just heard on the news that Pa. still has 140,000 votes to count. What happened to "every vote must be counted"???

@JT123 Don't they call it at every election before the last vote is counted? I thought that was usual when the loser can't make up the difference with the outstanding votes. Perhaps I have misunderstood.

@JT123 Calling it doesn’t mean the count stops, it means based on the data, they have a high degree of certainty what the final result will be.

@JT123 One candidate spent months disparaging mail in voting, then didn’t get many mail in votes. So suspicious. 🙄
