you are just a bunch of bad losers, raving conspiracy theories, but you will no longer have that White House pulpit to bully from, and the thug who lives there will have to leave soon. This matters to much more than America, which is why I think I am entitled to an opinion.

You are the worst losers ever, and you will be seen as a shaming aberration in America's modern history. @PSuss1 isnt it amazing how afraid you libs are of an investigation? If it were really on the up and up, you would thing libs would be falling all over themselves to be accomodating. But the facts are libs cant win fair elections. And there is a justice on the court (Clarence Thomas) that Biden made miserable during his grueling confirmation hearing. Its also funny the the NYT suggested he recuse himself from any case involving the election.

@TexChik not a lib, and certainly not afraid of an investigation, just pointing out that it would take evidence of unconstitutional behaviour for SC to overthrow this result. My view is a couple of the trivial suits may stick, and they will make no difference to anything but will allow Trump to continue to say to his base that the election was stolen from him ... which is the strategy he has been telegraphing since the Summer.

We'll see, I just hope it doesn't impede the long overdue setup of the CV task force.

@TexChik I think most people here, and in my life, that oppose trump, have said that if there is real evidence of fraud, it should be investigated.
And this is the second time I've seen this thomas thing. Do you honestly think that supreme court justice would rule on any case based on the notion that someone slighted him, like what? Thirty or forty years ago? And the NYT doesnt set the course of the court.
Well...at least it keeps your hopes alive.

@TexChik what about Bush he took 34 days, the problem is if the system is bent then it was the first time Trump was elected and didnt he tweet " you lost get over it" , well guess what!!!! ...... you lost get over it. Also IF the Dems did then why, and I'll say again why didnt they do the same for the house?

@helenS same organisation, I believe ...claim to be a non-partisan blog reporting on goings on at SCOTUS. Not sure how seriously to take their tweet tbh, but my head's in the same place in terms of the 6-3 political bias on SCOTUS being irrelevant. A ruling (assuming incontrovertible evidence is presented of course, so ain't going to happen imho) that overturns the election would drive a tank through democracy in the US. Can't see it. Not even convinced it will get to SC tbh.
