Congrats to Joe Biden

Maybe being an Irishman and holding the highest office in the USA he can bring some influence to both Northern and Southern Ireland to come together as one nation as they should be .
In this day and age religion and hatred should have been put aside , after all Ireland has proved different religion can live side by side peacefully so why not north and south .It would be a good day for Ireland to stand as a united country in or outside of the uk and stronger together .

@helenS I hope so the irish are such fun loving hospitable people seems a shame that something so petty divides them .

@Rhodesianman Totally agree with you. British colonialism – that's why the island is divided.
PS Peace is more important than unification.

@helenS, @Rhodesianman If only it were that simple!

@ArtieKat Yes that's true. 😐
That political stuff is rooted in the past, and it isn't worth a single human life.

@helenS Tell that to the protagonists. Anyone who thinks that the UDA or the UVF wouldn't re-form if Ulster were to be handed over to the Republic without self-determination is living in Cloud-Cuckoop-Land, I'm afraid.
