The only fair way is to make voting mandatory for every adult and count up the votes. That way there would be 100% turnout and the people would decide instead of the system.
Now, if only one person in California votes, and a 10 million vote in North Dakota, That's 57 votes to 3. Pretty stupid.

Um... the total population of North Dakota is less than one million. If 10 million voted, that must mean the Democrats took over. 🤭
