I don't think Biden said anything about a miracle cure. I just hope he won't make as much of a pigs ear of it than Trump (not hard). I wish him all the best.

@JT123 Well, to be fair, there is actually no evidence of Biden's mental decline, apart from stumbling over a few words. That was just a myth put forward by Trump because he was having problems making anything stick to him, and it was seen through at the debates. If anything, it's the other way round. Trump does not come across as mentally stable.
