What threshold of evidence should be needed to claim that an election was fraudulent?

And what consequences should there be for someone wrongly claiming that an election was fraudulent?

Really, what we should have is an outside body like the OAS watching over our elections, but barring that, it should be like any other criminal matter where there can be an investigation with probable cause, but only a conviction (redo) with evidence beyond a reasonable doubt.

@BlueVeins Conspiracies do happen in the world but evidence should be required. Otherwise, you can just make any kind of shit up without consequences.

@Burnley123 Yyyeah, I don't really know if we can have consequences for claiming that there's fraud unless it's provable that the one making the claim knew or should've known it's false. Like, that sounds like a really convenient tool for rising autocrats and stuff.
