The 2 million deaths projection would have resulted if the Government didn’t take action. Biden talks about COVID because it is a serious issue right now and good for him for doing so. And you’re right, Biden is lucky because Trump could have easily gotten a large bumb in the polls if he had decided to act presidential and at least care about the American public during a serious health crisis. But instead decided to act on his fascist fantasies.
