Only in the heart.

Depends what you mean by 'true liberty'. If it means doing whatever you want unconstrained by any consequence, then it doesn't exist. If it means being free from the most obvious constraints like being imprisoned for expressing a different point of view to government, being able to travel around your own country and marry whoever you like (or just partner with them), then I think there are probably plenty of places where that exists.

There is no such thing as liberty or rights, it's all made up for all. However, I believe people should have rights but no idea of liberty or rights are perfect because in reality there's no such thing.
