COVID is a scam

https://youtu.be/IQxh6nleFVY

I have defied the mask mandate since this whole thing started and I will continue to defy it. I'm not giving up my freedom for false safety. Don't like it? I don't care. I really truly do not care. It's also nice to know that my view of the left being authoritarian, traitorous scumbags is not entirely unfounded.

I won't go so far to say that the virus is fake, it exists, but they have inflated the number of deaths, how come so many people are now turning up positive with no or extremely mild symptoms? They have also downplayed the effectiveness of treatments. Even if recent treatments didn't work in all cases, they suppressed reports of their success for their political agenda.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SpiritualMan The number of deaths is undercounted. That has nothing to do with the fact that some people are asymptomatic or have mild symptoms. Different people respond differently.

No treatments have been suppressed. People have insisted that potential treatments be carefully vetted before they are approved. That's different. You don't want a treatment out there that helps some people and kills others.
spjennifer · 61-69, T
@SpiritualMan Not sure what you mean by "inflated the number of deaths" dead is dead, if the person dies and they are positive for CV-19 it's pretty likely that's what killed them, even if they died from heart attack, organ failure or whatever. People can be carriers and have no symptoms yet can pass it on to someone who may die from it, that's the biggest danger...
@spjennifer What inflated number means is some people died that had the virus, it was clear it wasn't a co-morbidity, but a cause of death unrelated to the virus AT ALL, and it was recorded as a COVID death. This has happened thousands of times or more.

With carriers I do agree with cautions to protect vulnerable people to get it from carriers, but as more treatments come out and as we are on the threshold of a vaccine, I certainly do not believe in being paranoid or scared. I do believe in basic precautions however.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SpiritualMan Deaths unrelated to covid are not being counted as covid deaths. Is that more Q bullshit you believe?

No one should be paranoid or scared, but people need to have the facts so they can make sound decisions. That means not listening to the president or the White House, who traffic in fake information, as Trump admitted on tape.

@SpiritualMan Unless you take a basic science class, you'll continue to sound like a buffoon.

@SpiritualMan Your first statement sounds like you're parroting something you read, so you think many Doctors are lying and stating cause of death as CV-19 when it was something else that killed the patient, and what would be the purpose of that? Most Medical Professionals I've ever met aren't politically motivated, they just want to help people...
Your second statement is what really scares me, who's to say at this point who is more vulnerable, the elderly? the sick? because they're the only ones dying right? What happens when the virus mutates, and it will? So will you be one of the first in line to take the vaccine they're on the "threshold" of releasing?
@spjennifer I am not against taking the vaccine once it is tested as being safe and effective. I very well may get it early on, unless weird things start happening to people that got it before me that aren't isolated cases of bad reactions.

I heard that the hospitals have a financial incentive to pad the numbers (Federal money for more COVID cases).
@windinhishair I didn't get the padded numbers from Q, I got it from other sources, people that have done some digging.

My thoughts exactly. Randomly splicing together words does not make for a coherent sentence. Unfortunately, this is the kind of voters who may decide what our future looks like.
@Northwest Ya well what about leaked emails mentioned in the video he posted?

@SpiritualMan

You need to change your username to be something more inline with your egocentric mentality.

If you were in fact a man who was 'Spiritual' as is inferred by your username-sake which suggests in and of itself that you most probably are, you would be a hundred-times more connected to Devine Truth about Covid-19 than you have most certainly demonstrated here on this website, as evidenced by your morbidly grotesque ignorance of the factual statistics surrounding Covid-19.
@Northwest My belief about COVID is that the lockdowns in the Spring slowed the spread enough so that we would have time to come up with the treatments and vaccines to deal with it. So it ended up being less bad BECAUSE of the early travel bands and early lockdowns.

Really. You sound like a buffoon.
@Northwest The leaked emails are FACT, what is in them are PROVEN, YOU sound like an ostrich with your head in the sand.

@SpiritualMan Had we developed and implemented a national lockdown plan, we could have given ourselves much more time to develop a vaccine and treatment options. But Trump denied the virus, called it a hoax, and to this day has not developed a national strategy. His malfeasance killed tens of thousands of Americans, and continues to kill more every single day.
@windinhishair Yes that was BEFORE we knew how bad it was. The nation WAS locked down it Spring. Just because it wasn't a Federal mandate we were locked down at the level of cities and states. SO WHAT if it wasn't a Federal mandate of the state lockdowns had the SAME effect. Once it was clear how bad it was and could get, Trump went into action telling the states they should go into lockdowns.
@windinhishair We have a national strategy in fast tracking research into medicines and vaccines.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SpiritualMan True, and Trump routinely lies about it. But we should have a national approach to dealing with the virus, including mask wearing, social distancing, and lockdowns, and that doesn't exist. The bottom line is he just doesn't care how many people die.
@windinhishair What is wrong if the states handle the masks and social distancing? It is CONSITUTIONAL to let the states handle that part.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SpiritualMan A national plan is and always has been needed to coordinate the efforts of the states. Instead, we've had states bidding against each other for needed equipment, and contacting foreign providers. Any president in history, except this one, would have accepted the responsibility early on instead of denying it, and come up with a national plan. Trump is completely incapable of managing anything like that, and prefers to deny the reality and to blame others. Trump lied, and 200,000 died. So far.
@windinhishair We had a national plan, just the lockdowns and masks were implemented on state levels, which WORKED. In March on a national level we did pour out production of equipment. Trump used a national defense act to literally ORDER the production of masks and equipment if you remember.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SpiritualMan No, there was no national plan. None whatsoever. States took charge when there was a vacuum of leadership at the federal level. Trump's tepid use of the National Defense Production Act failed to produce what we need. Six months in and we still have a shortage of testing. His overall response was miserable and ineffective. And 200,000 dead so far shows how ineffective.
@windinhishair Shortage of testing? We tested far more people than ANY other nation. By the way the state lockdowns were following the guidance of the Federal government. Far fewer people are dying now than in March and April. The States WERE following national guidance with the lockdowns and other aspects of the response. I KNOW this because I watched the press briefings on COVID.
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SpiritualMan We have not tested more than any other nation. And testing is still not available everywhere it is needed. You're listening to Trump. Trump lies. If you watched the press briefings on covid, you received lies from the president and his misinformation. You just can't handle the fact that he bungled the virus response and now has killed 200,000 Americans.
@windinhishair What about the SIMPLE concept that the PRESS is lying?
