I have defied the mask mandate since this whole thing started and I will continue to defy it. I'm not giving up my freedom for false safety. Don't like it? I don't care. I really truly do not care. It's also nice to know that my view of the left being authoritarian, traitorous scumbags is not entirely unfounded.

I don't wear a mask because I have a medical condition....I have severe asthma that makes breathing in one very difficult for me. I also have PTSD from a traumatic childhood incident. I'm anti mask for myself for those reasons. To all of you saying anti-maskers should infect each other or saying that anti maskers should end up on ventilators; when you assume you make an ass out of u and me, as the saying goes....don't lump me in with one asshole on the internet spewing invectives. Actually take the time to learn why someone won't wear a mask before belting out your arrogant unsolicited moral grandstanding!
Second, the arrogance and stupidity from ALL OF YOU (that includes JustYourAverageJoe as well) is frankly mindboggling. Several of you have said he should die or its okay to shoot him on sight. What are you, 10 year old children? You should have done the adult thing from go and either ignored him or blocked his pathetic ass! Good Lord, act like the adults you claim to be! You are not going to change his mind, nor is he going to change yours. Accept that and move on!

@SW-User People who cannot wear a mask for medical conditions have always been exempted from mask wearing, as they should be. There will always be people such as yourself that fall into that category, which is another reason that others that can should be wearing masks--to help protect you from infection.

I couldn't help but notice that you've resorted to the ladle calling pot black approach, specifically because you saw posts that you deemed unfair or inaccurate.

I empathize with your situation, but really, no one on this thread attacked people who have a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask. The criticism is against those endanger other's lives, livelihood and plain enjoyment of life by treating this as a hoax. It is not.

Otherwise, you're NOT an anti-masker you're someone who is not capable of wearing a mask, and every single state makes an exception for you.

Again, not that I am callous enough to wish people get sick, but the OP is in fact callous enough to say 'fuck you all, I don't care if you get sick or your grandmother dies, because I don't want to, not I can't, wear a mask'.

@Northwest Read my post carefully I said that I am anti mask for myself, because of the reasons I stated. If you want to wear one, fine I don't care, just as I don't care if you don't want to wear one. I agree that the OP is coming off like an asshole but that doesn't mean that the rest of us should sink down to his level. Life could be giving you an opportunity with people like this to be an example, an inspiration. If you want him to change his mind, EDUCATE him. Lead him to facts and evidence and maybe he will be open minded. Coming at him with death threats and name calling will only embolden his position.
