Do you people ever get tired of false stories. Hitler did not defund the police. The Weimer's Republic police was conservative and deeply loyal to the regime. When Hitler came to power, the only thing that changed in their mission, is that they became loyal to the Nazi Party and its objectives.
So, I guess you could say that one of the similarities is that our police unions are largely conservative and loyal to the regime.
