Why are people fleeing Blue states for Red states?

Blue states are more economically successful and are simply better places to live. Increased competition and a large upper-middle class puts a steady pressure and squeezes the less successful, the young, and the retirees out.

The migration patterns are pretty funny actually. CA is hemorrhaging high school grads, but people with advanced degrees are moving here en-masse still.

@QuixoticSoul I have children who moved to blue states after grad school. Why? Lack of work opportunities in red states.

@Crazywaterspring In general, blue states are richer, healthier, more innovative and educated than red ones. Their economies are more competitive, high-quality and diverse. This, despite higher taxes and more regulations.

But I’m sure this is just an accident 🤔
