@MarmeeMarch For once we agree on something. There should also be some sort of license to be a cop that can be pulled if you do something like this. Because unfortunately people like the neck kneeler often just bounce from department to department. And with the severity of this case criminal charges should be in order.

@MarmeeMarch The problem with that is part of why these idiots keep doing this is because they are protected by everyone all the way up to the DA's office and also even Rodney King's murderers were acquitted. And not all misconduct is technically illegal. There have been very well documented cases of cops who beat or killed someone going through a laundry list of departments with no consequences. Frankly here in Canada the level of professionalism just for security work seems more stringent. The license for security work is through a completely separate entity so if you do something wrong you won't be saved by a blue wall..
