The cop had every right to protect the citizens from this felon - by restraining him. His tactics are a reflection of how Police Chief Arredondo trains his cops, I say that because it was not only one cop involved. Chief Arredondo is a poor example of a Police Chief and should be held accountable.

@MarmeeMarch He was clearly no threat to anyone and their behavior was more in line with a car jacking then anything that could be called professional policing.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow Carjacking ? You do know what Qualified Immunity is right ?

@MarmeeMarch Absolutely. This looks like a car jacking more then proper policing. This is the sort of thing you expect in a 3rd world failed state.

@MarmeeMarch You seriously support a legal joke that basically protects idiots from consequences for blatant misconduct?

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow No I dont support cops that dont know how to do their job any more than I would support you from not doing a good job cleaning the toilets at the the bus station.

@MarmeeMarch Surprising since you seem to be making excuses for them.
