It doesn't surprise me in the least; the man's an ignorant moron but his "cult" believes everything he says. I'll be interested to see how they defend this one: "He was joking." is the standard idiotic explanation.
@Graylight Well he's proved it now; I watched the clip of him actually saying it. 🙄 The man's ignorance is astounding but obvious and, in my opinion, he has not one redeeming characteristic whatsoever. He never had ANY qualifications to be president; he's simply a lying, vindictive, self-absorbed conman who's only interest is to benefit himself. His sycophants keep spouting "successful businessman". What a joke; the record of his "successes" is in the public domain.
@Graylight That truly is. I'm watching from afar but it seems obvious to me that this was his intention: to vilify, attack and divide. His "cult" base loves it, his fellow Congressional GOP sycophants do and say nothing and he relishes in it. Now he's openly obstructing the election with his nonsense about the Post Office. There is no glory in "winning" when he cheats and abuses power to achieve it: everyone loses. Odious creature.
