When Trump eeks out a victory with voter suppression and the Electoral College:

For Trump to win, again, without winning the most votes would shatter whatever remaining faith millions of Americans have in the political system. Our simmering legitimacy crisis would almost certainly heat to a boil. After such an outcome, how could you say this was a democracy? How could you say, if you prefer the terminology of the 18th century instead, that this was a republic? --Jamelle Bouie

With this outcome....I would seriously either 1) leave the country or 2) join a serious resistance movement.

@Strictgram Part of the problem is that there are few countries willing to take Americans anymore. The right-wingers have given us a worldwide bad reputation and lost all our friends for us. Now, the sane, decent Americans are trapped here.

So, I’ll look at option 2: active sabotage and resistance of right-wing bullshit.
