Trump needs to go away.

Trump claims he is the best and America has the greatest everything. Trump claims that the US has the best survival rate of the coronavirus even. This proves just how out of touch with reality he is. One out of every 3 people that have died from the coronavirus is in the US. While The US only makes up for around 5% of the entire world population. The only way ANYONE can take that as a good number is if they want the virus to kill more of the population here in the US.

Trump Used his influence to ensure the majority of the last stimulus aid package went to his friends and supporters most of them who did not need the financial support having several million dollars in savings. while many businesses were forced to file bankruptcy and put many out of work while waiting for deliberation on if they qualified for aid.

Trump claims that the hundreds of scientific studies that show how bad the virus is are just political hit jobs against him and the virus is nothing more than a bad cold that will just disapear with no warning sometime soon, and refused to even touch a mask much less wear one until a few days ago when realized how badly he is doing for reelection.

Checking the CDC data today it said 144173 deaths with 3970671 cases, that is 3.6% instead of 33 %.....

@Amberrose I reread and concede my mistake in reading. After reviewing the math it appears in the upper 20% range rather than 33% and the US has a lower percentage of death , 3.6 % vs 4.1% globally.
Either way it is way too much for any country to loose anyone to this virus

@Jlhzfromep the difference in mortality rates can be attributed to the higher rate of testing that Trump is so fond of mentioning. other countries likely have an additional 30-40% of infections that never have been diagnosed and people just self quarantined and recovered without an official report of having it

And maybe also the total number of ICU beds and sub-critical beds available so one can also have an idea of the impact on the healthcare.
