So Trump says everyone has the right to fly the Confederate flag under the First Amendment Clause of free speech. Except it's been ruled to be hate speech by local governments. Except he's the president who wants to ban the media and get rid of anyone who criticizes or disagrees with him. Except he's the guy who won't share any of his past on paper.

And why is the president of the United States in the year 2020 defending the right to fly the Confederate flag anyway?

It’s depressing to think how many Americans must be douchebags. I promise we’re not all like the Trump supporters.

@SmartKat Trump supporters were a minority when he was elected, and have been a minority every single day of his failed presidency. And he's losing more people now. The majority of Americans are much more reasonable.

@bijouxbroussard Trump will cheat in every way possible--voter suppression on a massive scale, foreign involvement from Russia, China, and perhaps others in our election, and possibly even lawsuits disputing the results. Everyone needs to vote in November.
