Why's right wing parties getting stronger all over the world right now?

It's the usual pull-push that comes from natural dissatisfaction with whoever is in power. But a lot of these parties are totally shitting the bed, and will be punished for it at the polls. Witness, US, Brazil, etc.

@QuixoticSoul I was hoping for that in 2019 Indian election but all it took was one distraction and people forgot all the issues they had with party in power
