Why don't the "all lives matter" people use this phrase to oppose the death sentence?

I appreciate what your saying....and I'm not trying to be argumentative...but the same could be said for unborn rights. There's a great article in the Arizona Times (Feb 2020) highlighting the high abortion rate among African American women. We can argue endlessly about the pros/cons of abortion or the socio/economic forces that drive these numbers....but in theory and principle - shouldn't aborted babies matter as much? Family planning and adoption should be advocated by BLM no? Again, I'm not projecting my beliefs just maybe preparing you for some alternative views.

@luctoretemergo Ι know... I've heard these arguments about black people having abortions in high rates etc. But what I'm asking is very specific. If the unborn's lives matter and all lives matter etc... don't the criminals' lives matter as well? I don't want people to come up with new arguments without answering my question first. It seems like they won't though.
@luctoretemergo It’s not like those fetuses exist in a vacuum. Their mothers’ lives matter, too.

Also, no one who says “all lives matter” actually believes it. It’s basically their way of saying “fuck BLM.” No one said all lives matter before BLM was a thing.
