I am not American, so don't take my opinion too seriously.I like pre-WWII US. Since then, it has become the American empire.

I really like that they used to be a country where your will, talent, and hard work played a huge role in your success or failure in life, a very meritocratic country.

I hate the American empire and its interventionism in foreign affairs. And the fact that it has become a corporatocracy.

@Cierzo If you know our history we have always been a nation of Empire and with these same ideals. In elementary school they would teach us about the great founders belief in manifest destiny.
We were able to kick into 3rd gear after WW II due to Britain handing us the baton.
