Trump's racism was well known from before he was elected.
It is therefore assumed that either his voters were in favour of racism or at the very least considered it unimportant compared to his economic goals.
Even tacit or passive racism is still racism.

@hartfire You are right. Trump's racism was known years before he ever ran for office. That is why he was given awards by civil rights groups across America because you know those civil rights groups are all racist and stuff too. (Racist/White Supremacist - anyone winning a debate with a liberal)
