What makes you unhappy about living in the US ?

I am old and need help in my life and I have no family. I checked it out and, although I have a pension (retired teacher), I cannot afford any senior care facility in the US. If I need to go into a senior care facility (and right now it's looking like I will need to within a couple of years), I will need to move to Baja, Mexico or some other foreign country. One more alienation factor in my already lonely life, friends now dead or moved far away. Living in a foreign country is my best option for my care but I feel sad that I will have to live and die in a foreign country.
