Because I've asthma and it fucks up my breathing, bought one tried it out round the house not happy with either my breathing or the amount of times I touched my face due to the irritation.

But as we've made em compulsory on public transport the only place I can now go is my local shop. Can't get to Dr's, dentists, appointments etc, not really working for me...

@AntisocialTroll It's still gonna protect you from the virus though.

@RodionRomanovitch Masks are less about protecting yourself and more about protecting others. Ideally, everyone else wearing masks will help her safe, because asthma is supposed to be a risk factor for complications.

@RodionRomanovitch A cloth mask isn't actually likely to help at all, the virus particles are smaller than the weave of all but the most heavy duty high thread count cotton, but the ones I've tried all restrict my breathing and cause irritation, an N95 one would help block 95% of virus particles but I certainly couldn't handle breathing in one of them!

The irritation it causes my face makes me keep touching it, that increases not decreases your risk of infection.

Currently I go out once every 3-5 weeks to pay bills or get ciggies, chances of me becoming infected are minute from going out as I'm doing it so rarely.
