This is interesting because in 2012 Black Lives Matter was fairly unpopular and any efforts to stop their protests were looked upon kindly by a majority of people.

@masaca Well let's be clear that I am an ardent supporter of black lives matter and want to see the very concept of policing completely rebuilt from the ground up. I'm just talking about the popularity of movements and the shift in the overton window.

As a Trump supporter, I think we are going in the wrong direction, Trump may be the captain of the ship and poor decisions by the rest of the crew are his responsibility in the end. I think the rest of the crew is trying to sink the ship. The president expresses what he wants to do and the house and senate make things happen, or in this case, not happen. I think in November a lot of democrat governors, senators and congressmen are going to get put back on the right direction.
