He should start with an obsequious apology for having put his need to be the center of attention over the needs of the country for a leader who cares about all Americans, not just those who kiss his ass. Make clear he is now having weekly visits with a therapist to understand what empathy is, even if he can't feel it, then do the following:
1. Reverse all his efforts to weaken environmental protection
2. Get rid of the tariffs that are anti-capitalstic, hurting farmers and other fast-growing sectors of the economy.
3. Invest in badly neglected US infrastructure, rather than support dying industries like coal that offer relatively few jobs.
4. Reverse course on his "America First" agenda that in reality has been carried out as "America Alone" has isolated the US internationally and been the biggest possible gift any President could have given to aid China's rise in stature globally as it rushes to fill in the areas where the US has retreated.
