@RedtheEmerald Texas isnt . A lib county Judge in Dallas tried locking up. Lady because she needed to work. The state Supreme Court released her immediately and gave him a warning

People can protest, riot, throw bricks through windows, burn down buildings and loot. But we can’t go back to work because of the virus. If that’s the case it appears that the ones in charge of there state that approve of keeping it closedown are hoping for a lot more people to die. Namely the protesters, rioters
