I see Twitter has taken down another of Trumps tweets lol. On the grounds that it encourages violence. Trump is going to regret taking on twitter BIGLY lol

Yeah but they are okay with the riots I just hope Trump isn’t all talk to start regulating social media more since they are biased and gets in the way of free speech

@fairefoutre not true twitter Facebook etc doesn’t have the right to pick sides and not let the other side speak it’s discrimination and within the next four years of his presidency I can see social media as a whole taking a much deserved hit. The world would be better off without all the propaganda anyway

@fairefoutre your opinion doesn’t matter and holds no weight when Twitter goes out of the way to stir the pot it’s not going to be pretty Facebook already had things year a few years ago and there’s about to be a lot more to come from all social media giants. Think what you want but it isn’t going to change what’s coming in the near future.

So true. That's how we know Trump is an imbecile.
twitter Facebook etc doesn’t have the right to pick sides and not let the other side speak it’s discrimination
Actually, they do. Both are private companies and can do what they please with their platforms.
I just hope Trump isn’t all talk to start regulating social media more since they are biased and gets in the way of free speech
Right. Because the only way to ensure free speech is to make sure it isn't free and to regulate it.

Do you even read or think about the things you post?

@windinhishair is your game plan is to quote me and make snarky replies and act like you “won”? It’s funny how the left is all about gun control and the 2nd amendment is “outdated” and needs to be revived but the same isn’t true for the 1st amendment despite journalists purposefully causing division and pushing propaganda. I wouldn’t expect much logic coming from someone in their golden years with the same ideology as broke college students anyway

@SW-User Neither the first nor second amendments are absolute, and neither require revision. You'd know that they won't be revised (the process requires congressional approval followed by ratification by 2/3 of the states) if you had studied history, but you obviously haven't. You cannot yell "fire" in a crowded theater and cause a stampede for the exits without consequences, and even Justice Antonin Scalia wrote about the limits to second amendment rights in the Heller v. DC decision. Both amendments are staying the way they are, subject to the same limits they have always been. The only thing that changes over time is the interpretation of the amendments by the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court has continually upheld the right to free speech, including hate speech. But you are confusing the right to free speech with the right of a private company to run their business according to law and their own requirements for their platforms. There is no right to equal time for private companies. If that were the case, Fox News wouldn't be in business.

Face it, you just don't like Trump not being able to broadcast his shit on the platforms of his choice. That doesn't violate the first amendment. He is free to say whatever racist, misogynistic, lying statements he wants (and he does). He just has no right to use a private company to do so if they choose not to do so, and he cannot change that fact, which enrages him (and apparently you).

It is laughable that you talk about the "division" of journalism and pushing propaganda, when the "president" has done nothing but divide, lie (over 18,000 so far), and push out propaganda his entire failed term in office.

Your screen name is apt. You lost potential many years ago, and it shows. Bigly.

@windinhishair you’re unbelievable so first you say the divisive riot inciting propaganda is protected by the first amendment I call you out of the hypocrisy then you change your mind. You are just begging for attention and I won’t entertain you anymore
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SW-User I have said the same thing consistently. Free speech is protected within certain limits, as it has always been, but those limits don't subject private companies to regulation. Your mind just wasn't able to handle facts. That's not surprising for Trump cultists. When you're spoon fed propaganda for so long, along with 18,000 lies, you folks actually start to believe the drivel. Perhaps after this failed term ends in January 2021, you can get yourself into a recovery program.

@windinhishair you want to be taken serious and claiming Biden is going to be or should be elected
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SW-User He will. The alternative is untenable.

@windinhishair unfortunately for you reality isn’t what you wish it was continue living in your illusion
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SW-User I'll live in the real world, thanks. You can have your Trumpian jackboot fantasies of control and domination. Too bad it doesn't work that way for you.
SW-User
@windinhishair when are you going to start
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@SW-User Already do, bud. My condolences for your permanently lost potential following the orange menace.
