As much of an idiot as Joe is, whose fault is this really. 90%+ of the black community votes Democrat. Why wouldn't Joe mention that, albeit in a clumsy fashion.
It's not a secret. Joe is getting pushback, but you can bet many people, black and white, have no problem with what he said, but they have to feign outrage.
