I think they should for his own safety and the safety of others, unless he complies. He’s not immune nor immortal. Plus he is the POTUS and I can imagine a lot of people would be freaking out and blaming whomever if his test came back positive.

Yes! If for no other reason, it is to show the American worker respect. Tons of people report to jobs everyday, being exposed to the chance they may become infected.
