Please Please get your facts straight and use common sense. No government entities can make business owners "go back to work". They can however close them down. It has been the overwhelming choice of certain business owners to re-open for a multitude of reasons. I'm really not sure how you have determined your thoughts here. Business owners are being arrested for opening up against State imposed laws, not Federal. Slow down and stop making incorrect commentary

@BEENOV nobody mention government entities, agreement with reopening plans or the power federal law.

I forwarded a story about a county that opened quickly and is experiencing a spike in cases. This, by the way, is happening almost everywhere. Florida and never even closed down.

But none of that was discussed in the original point.
