@gamerguy507 this is a classic misinterpretation of the quotes.
To paraphrase the quotes are "Promotion of vaccine programmes in developing countries will lead to population growth falling".

That's essentially looking at historic data and is true. In many developing countries where common diseases like measles etc kill many children so child mortality is high. What you find is that parents therefore have a large number of children to ensure some make it successfully to adulthood.

If you have successful vaccine programmes like we've had since especially WW2 you find child mortality drops so the birthrate drops. The two are linked but it isn't that vaccines kill, the complete opposite in fact they lower child mortality.
