There are a lot of bad assumptions here but for the person who complained about the huge amount of money taken out for his social security payments and lifetime medical care, a bit over 7%, that is not really a lot of money for the benefit received. As for others who don't deserve it, no one gets social security unless they are a contributor to the system. Apparently there is some confusion here with welfare. Are there some who play the system? Of course. Always. But is it a big problem? Not really, despite the selfish whiners who complain about "their" money going to the undeserved, which is largely a myth created by people who just don't get it, that we are all human beings and we live in a social system designed to care for people in need.
