New York attitude plays well on camera. He's doing a great job with this thing... but right now, his job is defining itself right in front of him. He's good under pressure.

This doesn't translate into being a President.

@JoeyFoxx Just look at Giuliani. But by all accounts, Cuomo has been an upstanding government official with much credit to his name.
