It amazes me that people voted for Johnson and trump but then complain that our countries are in ruin

The Boris voters knew all his many flaws, racist and sexist comments, laziness, secret children outside his marriage, sexual immorality etc. and they still voted for him. Well its time to have the consequences.

@LukeTheDuke sad but very true

@LukeTheDuke sadly the wealthy ones won't suffer but the middle class ones will, I'm not a vendicive person but they voted for this so they can suffer what they voted for.
@milkymum1 after all the austerity, targeted towards the least well off, people should have been aware that his party always look after the interests of the rich. It is at times like this that a reality check will hit many people, but it’s too late now. There are going to be some very difficult years ahead for a lot of people. I wonder if next time they will have had enough and vote differently?

@LukeTheDuke Yes I tottally agree, I was completly shocked after so many moaning about Austerity, Food banks eveyrhting rising that they still voted like sheep.

Yes there will be as now by voting the way they did they will have to suffer another 5 years of Austerity because after all the money the tories ahve thrown around in thier toyr-solicist ideas they will carry on Austerity and go deeper than before.

Well only time will tell if the people who voted for this have learnt at all.
@milkymum1 People were too blinded by just the brexit question and didn’t look at the overall picture. After years of low wages, zero hour contracts, ridiculous rents, unaffordable house prices, hospital closures, council budgets being slashed to the bone and all the rest, they decided to forget about all that and just vote to ‘get brexit done’ as if that was going to improve their lives. I despair sometimes.

@LukeTheDuke Yes that really pissed me off that lie, he knew full well Brexit isn't done and is nowhere near being done and stood there telling bare faced lies.

Yes low ages, zero hour contracts ( the tories originally oppsed them in opperstion) yes rents going up so its cheaper to have a mortgage, bed room tax, and as you say the rest as the list goes on and on.....

I know maybe people will see that we are dependent on the EU to be successfum ourselves.
