Maybe because the blow hard kept saying he'd fix it in 30 days. The same time period he gave for *all* his fixes. And we're still waiting for any of them to happen.

Cause he either deliberately lied about replacing it with something better or he is just incompetent. It was one of his big promises that never materialized.
